Questions, Answered

Everything you need to know about AL HIND WiFi — services, installation, instant QR activation, and support.

What areas does AL HIND WiFi cover?

We primarily serve Riyadh and the surrounding region, including Al Khaleej, Olaya, Nakheel, Al Malga, and Diriyah districts. For enterprise deployments, we cover all major Saudi Arabian cities — contact us with your location for confirmation.

How do I connect after placing an order?

It's instant! Once you select a plan, place your order, and make the payment, our team will approve it. Immediately after approval, a QR code and your connection number will appear directly on your mobile screen. Simply scan the QR code or enter the number to connect to your high-speed WiFi immediately.

What is a MikroTik hotspot and do I need one?

A MikroTik hotspot is a captive portal system that requires users to authenticate (via voucher, login, or QR) before accessing the internet. It's ideal for cafes, hotels, gyms, and any business offering guest WiFi — providing access control, bandwidth limiting, and usage analytics.

Do you provide ongoing support after installation?

Yes — every plan includes support. Starter plans receive email support; Business and Enterprise plans include 24/7 priority access via WhatsApp and phone, with same-day on-site response for Enterprise customers across Riyadh.

What equipment do you use?
